| Recticel sells 50.6% stake in Corpura Belgian foam maker Recticel announces that it has reached an agreement to sell its remaining 50.6% stake in Corpura for EUR 2.3 million to Advanced Medical Solutions Group (AMS) (United Kingdom). As a result of this transaction AMS will fully own Corpura B.V. (the Netherlands).
