| Morgan Ashurst wins South Devon College contract  The new, four-storey 2,300m² building, which aims to increase the college's higher education provision, will include a host of sustainable features including rainwater harvesting and Brise Soleil solar panels. Earlier this year the college missed out on Learning and Skills Council funding for the project. However, the green light has now been given after Morgan Ashurst worked with the college and project team to produce a best-value design.
