| Strabag SE board member leaves the company Nematollah Farrokhnia (63) will be leaving Strabag SE's executive board according to his own wish as per 31 December 2009. The group will provide an internal successor. Peter Krammer (43), until now member of the executive board of the Austrian subsidiary Strabag AG, will take over the responsibility from Farrokhnia as of 1 January 2010 as deputy member of the group's executive board.
