| Panattoni develops for Farmacol Panattoni Europe, the leading developer of industrial space in Poland, reported signing an investment contract with Farmacol. Panattoni is to develop a building of the size exceeding 5, 000 m² in Żerniki near Poznań. The contract concluded between Farmacol SA is a "fee development" project, where the developer executes the investment with the funds and on the land plot belonging to the Client. Farmacol relies on Panattoni's know-how and experience, which will make the investment process less time and cost consuming. The building will be erected in Żerniki near Poznań, where Panattoni already holds warehouse space in Panattoni Park Poznań II distribution center. The developer will construct a building with an area of 5,400 m², including office space of 800 m². It is to be the company's distribution center for the whole Greater Poland region. The construction is to be kicked off in October 2009.
