| Electrical contractor Emcor awarded contract by City of Toronto Emcor Group, Inc., Norwalk, Conn., announced that its Comstock Canada subsidiary has received a contract from the City of Toronto for a de-chlorination upgrade project at the Humber Wastewater Treatment Plant, the City of Toronto's second largest wastewater treatment plant, and one of the largest such plants in Canada. Comstock Canada will serve as the general contractor on this project and will self-perform all of the electrical and mechanical construction. Additional work will include installation of a new sampling pump station. Comstock will also upgrade the plant's power distribution system, lighting, and instrumentation.
