| Cegelec makes new appointments Frédéric Van Heems will be appointed Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of French engineering firm Cegelec by its General Assembly to be convened in early September. With his experience acquired at Areva, his main mission will be to strengthen the Group's commercial strategy and to increase its international development. Bernard Lemoine, who has been with the Group for the last six years where he last was President for the Global Systems & Services Business, will be appointed Chief Operating Officer.
