A tough aluminum main housing and strategically located wear plates on the tool body and nail canister protect the RN175 from damage due to jobsite abuse and abrasive roofing materials. The RN175 even utilizes special carbide inserts to protect both the front and bottom of the nosepiece, not just the bottom. Additional performance features on the RN175 include a clever tool-less adjustable shingle guide, a dry fire lockout to protect the nailer and work surfaces and an easy-to-use tool-less adjustable depth of drive. The Bosch RN175 drives wire collated 0.12 nails from ¾" to 1-3/4" in length and has an operating range of 60 - 120 psi.
