| Baker announces change to support Stimulus Bill Michael Baker Jr., Inc., an engineering unit of Michael Baker Corp, announced that it has accepted a modification to its GSA Consolidated Schedule Contract which allows for the pursuit and execution of projects funded under the recently enacted American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), also known as the Stimulus Bill.
