| Züblin building € 300 million shopping centre in Dortmund Ed. Züblin AG, a subsidiary of public traded construction group Strabag SE, will build the "Neues Thier-Areal" shopping gallery at Dortmund's Westenhellweg as a main contractor. Construction of the € 300 million object began in July 2009, the opening is planned for 2011. The client is Hamburg-based ECE, the market leader for shopping centres in Europe. The project involves the creation of some 33,000 m2 of retail space for 150 specialist shops and restaurants.
