| High speed roll-up door optimises material flow  Narrow side frames and space saving design make this possible: the new EFAFLEX EFA-SRT ECO high speed roll-up door can be quickly and easily installed, usually without any special structural preparation. Thus, the EFA-SRT ECO can be applied in more situations than any other door. The specialist for industrial high speed roll-up doors from Bruckberg is reacting to the huge market demand with this economical series. The new ECO high speed roll-up door is designed as a complete, universally applicable and at the same time economical high speed roll-up door. The SRT-ECO is also heavy duty so that it can be used for almost all internal installation situations. It is superbly suited to openings which are frequently used by forklift trucks and people. The SRT-ECO can equally be installed within the scope of fully-automatic materials handling technology, for example in conjunction with transport systems or on roller conveyors. The door leaf is made as standard from 2 mm thick, fully transparent PVC material and is provided with coloured warning strips. A multifunctional designed microprocessor control enables connection to all standard pulse generators for the automatic operating mode as standard. At the same time predefined interfaces also ensure simple integration into the primary host computer at any time. A frequency controlled gear motor serves as a drive source which accelerates the door leaf up to 1.5 m/s. The EFA-SRT ECO effortlessly manages 150,000 opening and closing cycles a year. It can be installed up to an opening size of 4,000 x 4,000 mm. With the EFA-SRT ECO the weight is balanced by means of maintenance-free and wear-free counterweights which are integrated into both lateral side frames. In case of power failure it can be quickly and simply opened by means of the pull cord via the weight balancing mechanism. On request EFAFLEX will also equip the new door range with the latest version of the EFA-EAS crash protection. With a crash between a vehicle and the door, the well proven protection can prevent expensive damage and unprofitable downtime. In all details, EFAFLEX has achieved a significant improvement for high speed industrial doors; in that from now on the signal transfer between the contact strip and switch cabinet is activated wirelessly via TÜV certified radio transmission.
