| Arcadis names new CEO for RTKL Dutch engineering firm Arcadis announced it has named Lance K. Josal FAIA as President and CEO of Arcadis subsidiary RTKL Associates Inc., the international planning, design and engineering firm. Josal succeeds RTKL's current President and CEO, David C.
