| Carillion’s business in Oman secures £275m Parliament project Carillion's business in Oman, Carillion Alawi, has secured a prestigious contract to build the Majlis, a new Parliament building in the centre of Muscat, with an estimated construction value of £275m. The contract includes the construction of a new building to house the Majlis Oman, Majlis A'shura and Majlis A'ddowla, together with VIP areas, an Information Centre, Library, offices and other support facilities.
