| Icade and Altarea Cogedim sign agreement for the sale of Landy French property group Icade and Altarea Cogedim, who hold equal shares in SNC Saint Denis Landy 3, have signed a Property Development Contract with Silic for the sale of 22,000 m² of HQE offices. The building is located in immediate proximity to the Stade de France, in the northern extension of the Landy Pleyel mixed development zone. The work wil be begun in stages with the neighbouring building, also purchased by Silic, and will continue according to the progress of rental marketing for the unit. Cogedim, a leading player in the residential and service-sector property market, is a Groupe Altarea brand.
