| Recticel sells its stake in COFEL, France Belgian foam maker Recticel announced that it has successfully completed the previously published negotiations concerning the sale of its 50% stake in the French joint venture COFEL to Pikolin, the leading manufacturer of bedding in Spain. As a result, Pikolin assumes full ownership of COFEL. COFEL (Compagnie Financière Européenne de Literie s.a.s.) is market leader in bedding in France.
