| FCC Construcción names general manager Spanish construction and services group FCC has appointed Avelino Acero Díaz as General Manager of FCC Construcción, reporting directly to the Chairman of FCC Construcción, José Mayor. Avelino Acero has been with FCC for 23 years as Head of Railway and Metro Projects.
