| Morgan Ashurst to deliver Airbus contract The new 52,300 sq metre North Factory is seen as pivotal in the development of the UK aviation industry and will be used to assemble carbon fibre wings. The new building will also accommodate operational facilities including workshops, welfare facilities, offices and reception areas. Morgan Ashurst will work with its sister company, design and engineering specialist Morgan Professional Services (MPS), to deliver the scheme. MPS is designing the entire building, providing the architectural, civil and structural engineering design and the concept design for the mechanical and electrical services. Morgan Ashurst will also install all primary utilities to the facility including power, gas, water and compressed air to support the leading-edge assembly systems.
