| Redrow releases a pre-close trading update U.K. home builder Redrow plc issued pre-close trading update in advance of its Annual Results announcement for the twelve months ended 30 June 2009, which is scheduled to be released on Thursday 10 September 2009. Redrow legally completed 2,113 new homes in the 12 months ended 30 June 2009 (2008: 3, 925), in line with its expectations following the dramatic housing market adjustment experienced over the last eighteen months. The average selling price was c.£137,500 (2008: £156,900).
