| Costain wins new contract with Southern Water British construction firm Costain Group Plc announces that, as part of the 4D consortium, it has won a new capital delivery contract with Southern Water to manage the design and build of a new wastewater treatment works in the Brighton and Hove area. The £225 million contract will begin with immediate effect. The construction phase is expected to take approximately three years, followed by the potential for a two year contract to operate and maintain the plant.
