| Hochtief implementing PortAL 10 office project in Münster Hochtief Projektentwicklung is starting work on the new PortAL 10 office and service building in Münster: By fall 2010 almost 7,500 square meters of gross floor space will have been created at Albersloher Weg in Münster's harbor district. Prior to the start of construction, two complete floors - i.e. 30 percent of the total rental area - have already been let to a joint gastroenterological practice with five medical specialists. The seven-story property is being built on a triangular lot with an area of almost 4,500 square meters. This means that three different addresses are possible. The penthouse level will be built to a superior standard as a belvedere with roof terrace.
