| STABILO mobile scaffold system  The STABILO mobile scaffold system was conceived for the professional application. All Krause mobile scaffolds fulfil the safety and performance requirements of the standard EN 1004 and are approved and certified for an unlimited working load of 200 kg/m² (scaffold class 3, according to EN 1004). The channel profile of the vertical frames is the key to all functions and high stability of the STABILO scaffold system. The equality of the connection points allows attachment of the scaffold parts in various positions.The variety of the STABILO mobile scaffold variants ensure considering smoothly the special requirements on building site. The building kit system enables an individual configuration of the scaffold and offers: Working heights (selectable in distances in meter increments): 3.30 m up to 14.00 m 2 scaffold widths: 0.75 m and 1.50 m 3 field lengths: 2.00 m, 2.50 m and 3.00 m The scaffold is made of aluminium and characterized by an excellent easy handling and low transport weights. The patented locking system allows quick and easy assembling and disassembling of the diagonal braces and rail braces by one person - without any use of tools. Locking can be changed from interlocking to a tightened connection which ensures especially high stability of the entire scaffold system. A further advantage of the interlocking and tightened connection of joints is the impossibility of unintentional lifting, e. g. of rail braces, already after usually mounting. As new innovation of the STABILO mobile scaffold program, the 1.50 m wide comfortable stair ascent was developed. So tools and smaller quantities of material can be comfortably transported by one person up to the upper wide working platform. The uniform locking system of platforms, diagonal braces and rail braces simplifies assembly significantly.
