| OCI-Aqualia JV submits bid for New Cairo wastewater project Egypt's Orascom Construction Industries (OCI) confirmed that its 50/50 joint venture with Spanish group Aqualia, Orasqualia, was announced as the best financial bidder for the New Cairo wastewater project. The submitted financial bid includes the value of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the plant and the Operation and Maintenance during the contract period. The overall contract value during the concession period is EGP 2.585 billion (US$ 459 million).
