| Züblin sells property in Wedemark, Germany Züblin Immobilien Holding AG announced that its subsidiary in Germany had concluded the sale of its retail investment property in Wedemark-Mellendorf. The sales price after tax was in line with its IFRS fair value as of 31 March 2009.
