| Cadagua and Budimex will modernize plant in Poland The consortium comprising Cadagua, the water technology subsidiary of Ferrovial Agromán, and Budimex, Ferrovial Agrománs subsidiary in Poland, has signed a contract worth EUR82.7m with the Wrocklaw municipal water company to remodel and expand the Janówek waste water treatment plant in Wrocklaw, in the southeast of Poland. The objective of the contract, which has a 28-month execution period, is to expand the plants capacity to 140,000 cubic metres from the present 90,000 cubic metres. The contract includes the installation of a thermal sludge drying plant with a capacity of 280 tonnes/day of dried sludge, and an advanced biological treatment including elimination of nutrients.
