| WorleyParsons sells Esperance power station and pipeline interests Australian engineering services firm WorleyParsons announced that it has sold its remaining equity interests in the Esperance power station and pipeline entities to ANZ Specialist Asset Management Limited (ANZSAM) as trustee for Energy Infrastructure Trust. Prior to the sale ANZSAM and WorleyParsons had equal equity interests in the assets.
