| KleenJet Mega 1000 steam cleaners Daimer Industries introduced two KleenJet Mega 1000 steam cleaners with gum-removal capabilities. The new Mega 1000 CVG and Mega 1000 CVGP machines also include high-performance wet/dry vacuums and HEPA filtration. "The new steam cleaners expand on our offerings for commercial customers who want gum removal," said Matthew Baratta, spokesperson for daimer.com. "The units also include standard high-performance steam cleaner capabilities and are ideal for schools and other public facilities." The new KleenJet Mega 1000 steam cleaners provide up to 89 psi of pressure and steam temperatures of up to 320º F. Each unit includes a 5-liter boiler, a 5-liter extraction chamber and a vacuum with HEPA filtration and 2200mm of column lift. The Mega 1000 steam cleaners also incorporate a 3-liter continuous refill tank. To refill the machines, water is added to this non-pressurized chamber. Due to Daimer's design, neither the water temperature nor the pressure levels decline during a refill, a problem that can affect other manufacturers' continuous-refill steam cleaners. Both steam cleaners incorporate a replaceable heating element technology that allows customers to have a single low-cost heating rod replaced instead of a costly boiler. The main difference between the two Mega 1000 units is that the 1000 CVGP includes Daimer's unique Advanced Thermal Ionic Sanitization (ATIS ) certified antibacterial technology, which eliminates disease-causing bacteria and mold, according to tests by a third-party laboratory. Both steam cleaners include a special chewing-gum cleaning kit comprised of a steam vac squeegee with a stainless steel brush and a special gum-dissolving chemical solution. The machines also include a variety of other add-ons, such as: floor tools, upholstery nozzles, brushes, and extension rods. write your comments about the article :: © 2009 Construction News :: home page |
