Biggest tube heatexchanger made from technical plastics

These are the impressing facts of the probably biggest shell- and tube heatexchanger made from technical plastics. NW 280, length 5.200 mm, more than 1.000 single capillaries in the dimension 5,2 x 6,0 mm, and a surface load up to 100 m2. An additional premier is that these heatexchanger are made in a special IR-Welding process. The benefit to us a IR-welded shell and tube heatexchanger is the immensely longer durability and there are no dead spots, very important in ultrapure-water applications. The above mentioned dimensions are producable in PP and in PVDF. Smaller dimensions also in ECTFE up to DN 150 and in PFA up to DN 100. Beside the capillary-dimensions 5,2 x 6,0 mm it is possible to install 1,7 x 2,0/ 3,4 x 4,0/6,8 x 8,0/8 x 10 and 10 x 12 mm. This depends on the customized medias.
