| Panattoni informs about new tenants in Warsaw area  Panattoni Europe, one of the leading developer of industrial space in Europe, has informed about two new transactions executed at Panattoni Park Pruszków. Teoma SA, a company operating in the air-conditioning and ventilation sector, signed a contract to lease 1,700 sqm and Modecom SA - 4,700 sqm. Panattoni Park Pruszków III is the last phase of the developer's investment located in Pruszków, about 15 km away from the center of Warsaw. The park is situated near route E30 from Warsaw to Poznań and clone to the planned highway A2 from Berlin to Moscow.
