| Baker names new chief risk officer  Pittsburgh engineering firm Michael Baker Corp announced the appointment of Samuel Knoch, as chief risk officer of the company. In this new role, Knoch will be responsible for developing and implementing an Enterprise Based Risk Management System which includes integration of the Internal Audit function in a key monitoring role. He will also participate on the mergers and acquisitions team. Knoch was previously employed by Tollgrade Communications, Inc., as chief financial officer and treasurer. Prior to that appointment, he served as corporate controller and director of Internal Audit at Amsco, Inc.
