| BAM Group to appoint new director of AM Vastgoedontwikkeling bv  Dutch construction firm Royal BAM Group nv intends to appoint Mr H. de Pater director of AM Vastgoedontwikkeling bv at Nieuwegein with effect from 1 May 2009. Henri de Pater (43) is currently director of Finance and administration of BAM Woningbouw. This appointment stems from the fact that the present financial director, Mr A. Kanters, has expressed the wish to accept a position elsewhere. The employee council of AM has been asked to give its advice about the intended appointment. The management of AM will therefore consist of Mr P.G.A. Noordanus, Mr R.D.L. van Steeg, Mr P.C.M.
