| Londoners approve Mirax high rise The Mirax-Beetham project in London has been unanimously approved by the Public Committee – the final authority empowered to make decisions on city development. Earlier, the project was approved by the Department for Communities and Local Government. The height of the multifunctional complex erected by the Mirax Group corporation jointly with Beetham Organization Limited on the bank of the Thames will be 170m (52 floors), and its area – about 100,000 square meters.
