| Stadion in Zilina obtains planning permit Develon, the investment and development manager, announced that Stadion in Zilina, a regional multipurpose project developed in Slovakia's fourth largest city, has obtained a planning permit. The permit confirmed the traffic concept for the location, following the EIA obtained in December last year. The regional shopping center will be neighboring the existing football and ice hockey stadium and will benefit from excellent access from the highway E50, as well as from the city center. In the first phase, Stadion will offer approximately 120 retail units. The construction will start in spring after the issuance of a building permit. Later, the project will be extended with a second phase to the shopping center and an office building. Jones Lang LaSalle was appointed exclusive leasing agent for the retail space in the first phase.
