| Hochtief concludes lease contracts in Prague Hochtief Development Czech Republic, the Czech subsidiary of Hochtief Projektentwicklung, has concluded lease contracts for almost 16,000 square meters of office and business premises in its Trianon building in Prague. This means that close to 85 percent of the total rental area of 19,000 square meters has been let. Even before construction work commenced, the building was sold to Union Investment Real Estate (formerly DIFA). It was completed at the end of last year. In March, the Czech bank Ceská sporitelna will occupy six floors with 12,500 square meters and set up a branch office in the building. In April 2009, TNS AISA, a leading Czech market analysis company, will take up 2,500 square meters of space.
