| SlimVent obround chimney  Schebler Chimney Systems introduces the new, patent-pending SlimVent obround chimney that is designed to reduce footprint. Its straight sides and rounded ends make it ideal for tight fits and for conserving space, always a concern for environmentally-conscious builders. A SlimVent chimney is 4" insulated with high temperature ceramic fiber insulation for reduced clearances to combustionables. The proven flanged inner band "V" joint connection creates a pressure tight, leak-free joint non welded joint. The SlimVent is UL 1978 (listing pending), making it safe for grease duct applications. It is available with 304 or 316 stainless inner liner and a choice of 304,316 stainless or aluminized outer shell. These materials ensure long life of the chimney, even in the harshest conditions. All Schebler prefabricated models are available for shipping within two weeks, considerable faster than the industry standard.
