| NCC sells properties and housing contracts in Stockholm area Through transactions with Sollentunahem and HEFAB, Hägerstens Enskilda Fastighetsägare, NCC Boende has sold two properties. At the same time, the buyers have signed contracts with NCC Construction for the construction of housing. The property transactions and contracts have a combined value of SEK 251 million (approx. €21 mln.). The property in Sollentuna will be transferred on February 27, 2009 and the property in Enskede will be transferred on March 3, 2009. The purchase consideration for the properties of SEK 48 million will be received on transfer.
