| Coliers to start leasing process in Brzeg, Poland Colliers International, who is appointed as the exclusive agent to commercialize the shopping center 'Przy Zamku' in Brzeg, has started negotiations with anchor tenants. The shopping center will be located in the city center of Brzeg on Wrocławska street, next to the historical Old Town and The Castle. The mall will offer 7,500 sqm of retail space and will accommodate around 60 shops. The gallery will include a 4 star hotel, with a minimum of 81 rooms where our hospitality experts from Colliers International will also act as advisors. The investor for shopping center is Hermes Sp. zo.o, developer operating in Malopolska and Lower Silesia region.
