| Carillion to build and finance hospital expansion in Ontario, Canada British support services and construction firm, Carillion, has been selected to build and finance a major £145 million ($258.5 million CAD) expansion of the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie, Ontario, which will nearly double the size of the existing hospital. The project in Barrie, a city 45 minutes outside Toronto, will add more than 400,000 square feet of new space, including the Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre, to provide specialist services to Simcoe County and the District of Muskoka.
