| Acciona to sell its 25% stake in Endesa to Enel Spanish construction and energy group Acciona has reached an agreement with Italian power company Enel to sell its 25.01% percent stake in Spanish electricity company Endesa for 11.107 billion euros, equivalent to the current value of Acciona's put option as allowed for in the Agreement on Endesa Shares signed between Acciona and the Italian power group in March 2007.
