| BAM Techniek takes over ICT specialist Digacom BAM Techniek bv – the operating company of Royal BAM Group that is active in the Mechanical & Electrical contracting sector – has reached agreement on the acquisition of all the shares of ICT specialist Digacom bv in Nieuw-Vennep, the Netherlands. The shares are currently owned by the management. The transaction is expected to be completed within a few weeks. Digacom has an annual turnover of around €6 million and generates good results. The company was founded in 2002 and employs about 25 people.
