| Fugro announces proposal to appoint new member The Supervisory Board of Dutch engineering consultancy Fugro N.V. proposes to recommend to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Fugro N.V., which takes place on 7 May 2009, the appointment of Mrs. Marion Helmes as a member of the Supervisory Board. Mrs. Helmes will succeed Mr. P.J. Crawford who will step down from the Supervisory Board having reached the maximum period of three terms of four years. Mrs. Helmes has German nationality and was born in 1965. Currently she is a member of the Executive Board and CFO of ThyssenKrupp Elevator AG at Düsseldorf.
