| JM to start construction of functional homes in Stockholm Swedish housing developer JM will start construction of the first stage of residential units in apartment blocks in popular Silverdal, Sollentuna outside of Stockholm. There has been considerable interest in Silverdalshöjden, which is the name of the project. Half of the apartments are already reserved. Silverdalshöjden is located close to Edsviken and Ulriksdal Castle Grounds. The 4-5-story buildings, which will have bright, plaster facades, will be built in a functional style and placed around an inner courtyard. Most of the apartments will have two balconies or patios on the ground level. The buildings will be ready to move into in October 2009.
