| Iberdrola, Facua to improve users’ knowledge about energy sector Iberdrola and Facua-Consumers in Action have signed a framework collaboration agreement to improve the knowledge of the energy sector among users. This initiative aims to guarantee the protection of their rights and to promote a more efficient use of resources. The purpose of the agreement, that will initially be in force for three years, is to establish general conditions for the collaboration between the two companies, with the aim of improving users' information about the energy market and sector, in addition to opening a friendly line of intermediation for answering possible claims. Iberdrola and Facua have furthermore agreed to create a tracking commission to guarantee the development of this agreement.
