| Canadian road project wins Public-Private Partnership Award Project Finance International has named Northwest Anthony Henday Drive the Public-Private Partnership Deal of the Year. Commissioned by the Province of Alberta, Northwest Anthony Henday Drive is a 13-mile portion of a new ring road around Edmonton, Alberta, that is being designed, constructed, operated, and maintained by the consortium NorthwestConnect, a fully owned subsidiary of Bilfinger Berger Project Investments Inc.
