| Developers celebrate “topping off” of 303 East 33rd in NYC Toll Brothers, Inc. and The Kibel Companies, the developers of 303 East 33rd a green condominium development in the Murray Hill neighborhood of New York City, celebrated the "topping off" of its 12-story building plus penthouse recently. Exterior work has begun on 303 East 33rd, which is located on the north side of East 33rd Street between First and Second avenues in Manhattan, and within steps of NYU Medical Center and Bellevue Hospital Center. 303 E. 33rd is being developed to meet LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards through condominium layouts, ENERGY STAR appliances, water-reducing fixtures, materials, and mechanical systems that are meticulously designed to maximize efficiency, sustainability, and to help conserve energy and resources. 303 East 33rd was designed by Perkins-Eastman and rises 12 stories with 128 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes in a variety of layouts, including two-bedroom, two-bathroom duplexes with home offices, magnificent walk-out terraces and living room ceilings that rise 17 feet. There is also a three-bedroom, four-bathroom triplex penthouse with a total of 1,700 square feet of outdoor space including a private terrace off of the master suite. On top of Murray Hill's first green condominium, is a 5,000 sf relaxing rooftop garden which includes a spacious sundeck, a reflecting pool, bocce court, and grilling and dining space. Fabulous views of the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, and East River act as the perfect backdrop.
