| Management change in Tikkurila's unit in Ukraine Mr. Allan Suvi, General Director of LLC Tikkurila, the Ukrainian subsidiary of Tikkurila, which is responsible for Finnish chemicals company Kemira's paints and coatings business, has resigned from his duties on 12 January 2009 in order to pursue new challenges outside Tikkurila. Mr. Raivo Voit has been appointed the new General Director of LLC Tikkurila as from 12 January 2009. Based in Kiev, Ukraine, he will bear responsibility for developing Tikkurila's decorative paints and industrial coatings businesses in Ukraine.
