| SNC-Lavalin acquires Quéformat Ltd. Canadian engineering and construction firm SNC-Lavalin announced that its Qualitas Division has acquired Quéformat Ltd., a 35 year-old Longueuil, Quebec firm specializing in materials engineering, geotechnology and environmental sciences, and roofs and waterproofing.
