| Parsons named new Vice President, Business Development Parsons announced that Richard J. Capitan was recently hired as Vice President, Business Development, for the Energy, Systems & Security (ESS) Division, Infrastructure and Technology Group. Mr. Capitan holds a bachelor's degree in government from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps as an intelligence officer and instructor and is currently a drilling reservist.
