| Barratt announces progress on asset sale British housebuilder Barratt announces continuing progress in the sale of assets from the Wilson Bowden Developments portfolio, with net sales proceeds of approximately £109 million expected to be realised from sales agreed since the IMS on 18 November. Contracts have now been exchanged for the sale of Eagles Meadow shopping centre, Wrexham for £79 million. On completion, Barratt is expected to receive £74 million with the remainder due post completion.
