| Lipowy Office Park is "Best Office Development 2008" Hochtief Development Poland, a fully owned subsidiary of Hochtief Projektentwicklung, has won the CiJ Award in the category "Best Office Development 2008" for its Lipowy Office Park project in Warsaw. Lipowy Office Park, to be completed by early 2009, will comprise four separate buildings on a generously spaced, park-style site in Warsaw's business district. The more than 39,000-square-meter office space has been let completely to the country's biggest bank, Pekao S.A. of the UniCredit Group. A fully owned subsidiary of Europolis already bought the property before construction actually started.
