| Bouwfonds Parking Fund acquires car park in Germany Luxembourg-based Bouwfonds European Real Estate Parking Fund established by Bouwfonds Asset Management acquired another multi-storey car park in Germany. It is the Zentralgarage in Passau, with 950 places the city's largest car park. With this transaction, the total fund value increased to EUR 155 million. The portfolio currently comprises 15 parking facilities, located in France, Spain, the UK, Belgium and Germany.
