| Management changes at ING Real Estate ING Real Estate announced that it intends to make certain senior management changes at its Canadian subsidiary, ING Real Estate Canada. On January 15, 2009, Paul Dykeman (CEO), Craig Newell (CFO), Lou Maroun, Kathy Harder and Jon Robbins, will be leaving their positions by mutual agreement. The role of CEO at ING Real Estate Canada has been offered to Doug Auchterlonie, Chief Investment Officer of ING Industrial Fund, a listed trust on the Australian Stock Exchange. Following the changes, internal promotions are anticipated. ING Real Estate announced that Scott Dwyer (44) has been appointed General Manager responsible for its development business in Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic and Romania. He will also be a member of the European management team and will be based in the Netherlands and Poland.
